Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to bookings for KidzEconomy’s December 2026 holiday bootcamps. Last updated 6 November 2026.

1. About these terms

These terms apply to every booking for a KidzEconomy December 2026 holiday bootcamp: Little Money Makers and Future Investors. They form a contract between you, the parent or legal guardian making the booking, and Kidz Economy Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202423333D), whose registered office is 7500A Beach Road, #09-324, The Plaza, Singapore 199591 (“KidzEconomy”, “we”, “us”).

By ticking “I agree to the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy” on the booking form, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms, our Refund and Cancellation Policy and our Privacy Policy, and that you are the parent or legal guardian of each child you book.

2. Our bootcamps

CampAgesDatesFamilies join on Friday
Little Money Makers6 to 87 to 11 December 2026From 2:00pm, for Harvest Day and graduation
Future Investors9 to 1214 to 18 December 2026From 1:15pm, for the pitches and the Top Investor podium
  • Both camps run Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 3:00pm, at SJI International Elementary School, 19 Toa Payoh West, Singapore 318876. They are non-residential day camps.
  • Each camp takes up to 25 children, looked after by a lead instructor and two support staff.
  • We may adjust activities, the daily schedule or staffing to keep children safe or improve the programme, as long as the experience stays substantially the same.

3. Age and suitability

  • Your child should be within the camp’s age range during the camp week. Five-year-olds may request a place in Little Money Makers. We will confirm whether we can offer the place before you pay.
  • Please tell us before booking about any additional needs, so we can discuss how best to support your child. If we cannot safely meet a child’s needs, we will tell you and return any payment in full.

4. Booking and payment

  • Book by completing the booking form on our website. You will receive a booking reference and the amount to pay.
  • Pay by PayNow to Kidz Economy Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202423333D), entering the exact amount and your booking reference. Your child’s place is held for 24 hours. If we have not received payment within 24 hours, the place may be released.
  • Your booking is confirmed only when your payment has reached us and we have emailed your confirmation, receipt and parent guide. This usually happens within one working day of payment.
  • KidzEconomy is not registered for GST, so no GST is charged.

5. Prices and discounts

  • The usual price is S$799 per child per camp. The launch price of S$699 applies to the first 15 children booked for each camp, or to bookings made by 25 November 2026, whichever comes first.
  • Siblings: S$50 off for each additional child booked.
  • Referrals: when a friend books using your paid booking reference, the friend receives S$50 off. The referring family earns a S$50 future-camp credit after the friend’s payment has been received and verified by KidzEconomy. This is a credit towards a future camp, not a cash payout. It is automatically applied to the referring family’s next booking when they register using the same parent email address. One available credit can be used per booking. The credit is reserved for 24 hours while the new booking is pending and becomes used only after that booking’s payment is verified; if the booking is marked Failed or Refunded, the credit is released. A future-camp credit cannot be combined with a promo or referral code, but the sibling discount can still apply.
  • Promo codes: approved promo codes provide S$50 off when validated by KidzEconomy. A promo or referral discount applies to the first child in a booking; each additional child receives the sibling discount instead. Only one S$50 discount applies per child. Discounts and promo codes have no cash value, cannot be exchanged, and cannot be applied after payment.
  • The price includes all camp sessions, snacks, materials, the take-home items described on our website and the goodie bag.

6. Minimum numbers

Each camp needs at least 15 children to run. If a camp does not reach 15 children, we will tell you as early as we can and give you a full refund.

7. Cancellations and refunds

Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund and Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.

8. Drop-off and pick-up

  • Please drop off and collect your child at the published times. We are responsible for your child only during camp hours.
  • We will release a child only to you or to a person you have authorised in writing. We may ask for photo identification.
  • If you are delayed at pick-up, please contact us. A staff member will stay with your child and contact you or your emergency contact.

9. Food

  • We provide snacks every day. Please send a packed lunch and a water bottle.
  • All food sent to camp must be nut-free. We take reasonable steps to manage the allergies you tell us about, but our camps are not allergen-free environments.

10. Health, medical information and emergencies

  • You must tell us about any medical condition, allergy, medication or dietary need when you book, and update us if anything changes.
  • Please keep your child at home if they are unwell or infectious. If a child becomes unwell at camp, we will contact you to collect them as soon as possible.
  • We give medication only with your written instructions, in its original packaging with your child’s name on it.
  • You consent to our staff giving first aid and, in an emergency, seeking medical treatment for your child and contacting emergency services. We will try to reach you or your emergency contact first, but will not delay urgent treatment to do so. Any medical costs are your responsibility.

11. Behaviour and safety

  • We expect children to follow staff instructions and treat others with kindness and respect.
  • If a child’s behaviour puts themselves or others at risk, or seriously disrupts the camp, we will work with you on a plan. If it continues, we may ask you to collect your child early or withdraw them. No refund is due in that case.

12. Kidz Cash and learning activities

  • Kidz Cash, KidzBank cards, shares, property and every other money-like item at camp are play items for learning. They have no monetary value and are not real financial products.
  • Our activities are educational simulations. Nothing at camp is financial, investment, tax or legal advice.
  • In Little Money Makers, the class chooses a real cause. Any donation is made by KidzEconomy from its own funds. It is not a donation by you or your child.

13. Photos, videos and testimonials

  • We may take photos and videos at camp to share with that camp’s families and keep a record of activities.
  • We use photos, videos and testimonials of your child in our marketing only if you tick the optional marketing box when booking. We never publish your child’s full name, school or contact details with them. You can withdraw consent at any time, as set out in our Privacy Policy.
  • Please do not take or share photos or videos of other children at camp, including on Friday, without their parents’ permission.

14. Belongings

Please label your child’s belongings. We are not responsible for loss of or damage to personal items, except where caused by our negligence.

15. Intellectual property

  • All camp materials, games, cards, characters (including Kidzo), activities and content belong to KidzEconomy. Children keep the items we give them to take home, but these may not be copied or used commercially.
  • Anything your child makes at camp belongs to your child.

16. Our responsibility to you

  • We will run the camp with reasonable care and skill.
  • Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.
  • Otherwise, we are not liable for indirect or unforeseeable loss, and our total liability for any booking is limited to the amount you paid for it.
  • Nothing in these terms affects your rights under Singapore consumer protection law.

17. Changes or cancellation by us

  • We may need to change the venue, dates or format, or cancel a camp, for example if minimum numbers are not reached or for safety reasons. If we cancel, or make a significant change you cannot accept, you will receive a full refund.
  • If part of a camp cannot go ahead because of events outside our reasonable control, such as public health directives or the venue becoming unavailable, we will offer a credit or a refund for the days not delivered.

18. Questions and complaints

Please contact us at anand@kidzeconomy.com or braden@kidzeconomy.com. We aim to reply within three working days.

19. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version on our website when you book applies to your booking.

20. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. If we cannot resolve a dispute together, it may be referred to the Small Claims Tribunals where eligible, or otherwise to the Singapore courts.
