3. How we use it

To run your booking and keep your child safe (required to book). We use your data to confirm your place, match your payment and send receipts and camp information; plan groups, prepare materials, tee sizes and goodie bags; care for your child, including allergies and medical needs, and contact you or your emergency contact; answer questions and handle feedback; and meet legal, insurance and accounting duties. You agree to this processing when you tick “I agree to the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy” on the booking form.

Photos, videos and testimonials for marketing (optional). We use these on our website, social media, brochures, school and partner presentations and award entries only if you tick the optional marketing box. We prefer group shots, we never publish your child’s full name, school or contact details, and we credit parents anonymously (for example, “Parent of a 7-year-old, Singapore”) unless you agree to be named. If you do not consent, your child still joins every activity, and we leave them out of published images or blur them.

News about future camps (optional). We email you about future camps only if you tick the optional news box. You can unsubscribe at any time. We will not send marketing messages to Singapore phone numbers without your clear consent.

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell personal data. We share only what is needed with camp staff and instructors, for your child’s camp; the venue, SJI International, only if needed for safety or access; our service providers: Wise (payments), Google (forms, email and file storage) and WhatsApp (messages); and our insurer, professional advisers or authorities, if required by law or in an emergency. Some of these providers store data outside Singapore. We use providers that protect personal data to a standard comparable to the PDPA.

5. How we protect and keep it

Booking data is kept in access-controlled accounts used only by the KidzEconomy team. Medical and allergy notes are shared only with staff who need them for your child’s care.
