This policy forms part of our Terms and Conditions. Nothing in it affects your rights under Singapore law. Last updated 6 November 2026.
Once you have paid, camp fees are non-refundable, except in the special cases below or if we cancel the camp. We plan staff, materials, tee sizes and goodie bags around each child booked, which is why we cannot offer refunds for change of plans.
We understand that things happen. If your child cannot attend because of serious illness, injury or a family emergency, please email us as soon as possible, before the camp starts if you can. We review each case one by one. Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a transfer of the place to another child of the right age, a credit for a future KidzEconomy camp, or a partial refund. We may ask for supporting documents, such as a medical certificate.
If we cancel a camp for any reason, including a camp not reaching 15 children, you will receive a full refund. If we make a significant change to the dates, times or venue and your child cannot attend, you will receive a full refund. If part of a camp cannot go ahead because of events outside our control, we will offer a credit or a refund for the days not delivered.
We cannot refund days your child misses, including through illness, holidays, late arrival or early collection. If we ask you to collect your child early, or withdraw your child, because of behaviour or because they are unwell or infectious, no refund is due for the remaining days.
A place is held for 24 hours after you register. If payment has not reached us, the place may be released. Nothing is owed and nothing is refunded.
Approved refunds are paid by PayNow or bank transfer to the account that made the payment, within 10 working days. Refunds are based on the amount you actually paid, after any discount.
Please email anand@kidzeconomy.com or braden@kidzeconomy.com. We will always try to find a fair solution.
